MH Evening Hunt Ride
Tuesday, August 26th. Moving off at 6pm prompt. XC ride over good hunting country, led by Masters of the Morpeth Hunt, with plenty of hunter trial jumps for those who wish to jump, followed by bacon sandwiches. An ideal start to the season or as an introduction to trail hunting. The ride will be split into 2 groups to cater for those who would like a more leisurely ride. Open to all, newcomers very welcome

Results of the Dressage Competition.
A busy day at Todburn produced some double overall wins for Louise Higham, Eve Halliday and Gemma Dresser in the Prelim, Novice and Elementary affiliated classes. Kirsty Swinney was delighted with her first win in the unaffiliated Intro, whilst Rebekhah Reay, Ellie Moralee, Abby Richardson and Lauren Clark took the spoils in the other unaffiliated classes.

Evening SJ Competition Results.
The Thursday Evening Show Jumping Competition got off to a good start,with a double win for Alex Shiels and Hetty. As Granny, Joanne, looked after the baby, Alex flew round to take both classes!

Results of BD and Unaffil Competition.
The affiliated Prelim Qualifiers were won by Tim Batey and Alice Mercer. Martyn Johnson took Novice 28 on Les Kidd''''s Archimedes III. Gemma Dresser took both overall Novice 34Q and E50 top spots, alongside the unaffiliated Prelim 12 on her third ride, Lolesca. Sandra Jobson won the Elem 42,with a good percentage on Shalako II. There was a double win for Suzanne Smith and Be a Sport in both Medium classes, kindly judged by Sue Stewart.

Results of Team Quest
The first Team Quest competition took place today. This is a great new dressage competition of the future,for teams of four riders(minimum three riders, one of which must be a BD member, with three scores to count).
